The recording process is initiated only for meetings for which the user explicitly requests a transcript. Before the commencement of recording, user consent is obtained.
Calendar Information: Information from your connected calendars (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar) used for scheduling and displaying appointments within Cita.
