These recordings are obtained from users who have enabled the meeting transcript widget and requested a transcript for a specific meeting. The recording process is initiated only for meetings for which the user explicitly requests a transcript. Before the commencement of recording, user consent is obtained.

Calendar Information: Information from your connected calendars (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar) used for scheduling and displaying appointments within Cita.

Log Files

Cita’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Outlook Calendar Sync

Cita integrates with your Outlook Calendar to streamline scheduling. When you enable this feature, Cita will access and utilize your calendar information solely for the purposes of:

  • Displaying Availability: Showing your availability based on existing calendar events.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Facilitating the scheduling of appointments within Cita, taking into account your existing calendar commitments.
  • Syncing Information: Ensuring appointments scheduled in Cita are reflected on your Outlook Calendar and vice versa.

Cita adheres to all relevant regulations and keeps your information safe when syncing with your Outlook Calendar. We use calendar information only for scheduling and display purposes within Cita, and do not share it with any third-party applications.

This Privacy Policy describes how Cita collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use the Zoom integration on Cita.
